Since our phone cases are custom-made, returning the product to us would not serve any purpose. Our return policy only covers refunds and does not include product returns.

Full Refund

If your order quantity is one and you are not satisfied with the phone case after receiving it, we will refund you the full amount directly. However, you will need to destroy the phone case using scissors or a similar tool to prove that you truly cannot use it, then take a photo of the destroyed case and send it to us. We will process the refund immediately.

Partly Refund

If your order quantity is more than one, we can only offer a partial refund. We will discuss a mutually acceptable refund amount based on your request and the condition of the phone cases. The reason we do not offer full refunds for orders with multiple quantities is that it would be unfair to us if a customer places a large order without first testing our quality and then requests a full refund afterward.

In summary, we recommend that customers purchase just one phone case for their first order. This is a safe approach for both you and us.
